The Rogers Convention & Visitors Bureau is the operating arm of the Rogers Advertising & Promotion (A&P) Commission. The CVB exists to position and promote the city of Rogers as a premier business and leisure travel destination, to benefit the city of Rogers by improving local, regional and national awareness and image of Rogers and to attract visitors to the city and encourage their return.
The mission of the Rogers A&P Commission is to positively impact the Rogers economy through the promotion of the area as a buiness, retail and conventions destination.
Priorities of the Rogers A&P Commission and CVB include increasing weekend leisure travel and overnight stays in Rogers, improving local hospitality and promoting Rogers as a travel destination, and effectively managing public dollars to increase tourism and economic impact.

ROGERS ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION COMMISSION
The Rogers City Council passed an ordinance in 1999 creating the Rogers Advertising & Promotion Commission and establishing a two percent (2%) tax upon the gross proceeds of hotel and motel accommodations in the city of Rogers, AR. for Advertising and Promotion of the City and its environs, and to be collected by the Rogers Advertising & Promotions Commission. The A&P tax is also sometimes known as HMR (Hotel, Motel, Restaurant) Tax, Bed Tax or Tourism Tax. A copy of the local ordinance, which mirrors the state ordinance, is available here.
COMMISSIONERS
Commissioners are appointed to serve on the Rogers Advertising & Promotion Commission by the Mayor of Rogers to serve staggered four year terms and specific roles.
MEETINGS & REPORTS
The Rogers A&P Commission meets on the second Wednesday monthly at 4:30 p.m. at the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce, 317 West Walnut in Downtown Rogers.

FUNDING & INCENTIVE FORMS
The Rogers A&P Commission awards incentive funding to qualified groups in order to attract overnight guests, particularly meetings, groups and conventions, to the city of Rogers. These funds are intended to serve as a catalyst for economic development to bring visitors to stay in Rogers hotels, eat in Rogers restaurants, shop in Rogers shops and otherwise spur the local economy.
