Two of our favorites are back in the HKS kitchen heading up a class that is all about cheese! Join us along with Chef Brent Hale of Big Sexy Food and Jessica Keahey of Sweet Freedom Creamery to learn not only how to make different kinds of cheeses, but then how to utilize them in exciting recipes. It’s going to be double the fun!
Cheese-making is part-art, part-science but Jessica will break down the mystery of Little Miss Muffet’s curds and whey. She will be demonstrating how easy it is to make butter, ricotta, and mozzarella in this interactive class, as well as share tips, recipes, and resources to help you get started making simple cheeses in your own kitchen. Brent will then follow with some delicious savory recipes like pork belly, spring rolls, and beer bread that will all feature the cheeses you learned about. Tickets are $60 per person.
