With 125,000 square feet of versatile meeting space, including a pillar-free 42,000-square-foot grand ballroom, the Rogers Convention Center is ideal for conferences, trade shows, large meetings, sporting events, tournaments, and more. Smaller boardrooms and salons offer plenty of opportunities for breakout areas to complement a large event. In addition to its large event space, the Rogers Convention Center offers five ballrooms, eight salons, and two boardrooms for smaller events, but for even more small meeting venue options, the connected Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas Hotel, Spa & Convention Center offers numerous event spaces ideal for smaller banquets, corporate meetings, and private gatherings.

The Rogers Convention Center offers an array of amenities, such as pre-function and registration areas, in-floor power panels every 30 feet, free on-site parking, a full-service business center, complete rigging grid, in-house Bose sound system, programmable lighting system and spotlights, ceiling-mounted remote projection with 20-foot screens, and wireless A/V and lighting controls. The Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas and the Rogers Convention Center are all managed and owned together, which makes it easy working with one contract, sales, and services team.

The 400-room Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas Hotel, Spa & Convention Center offers the most convenient access to Rogers Convention Center, as it is connected to the center and offers complimentary shuttle service to restaurants and attractions within a 5-mile radius. Attendees and guests also can choose from many comfortable hotels in Rogers that are located just minutes away from the Rogers Convention Center. Transportation: Getting There & Around
The Rogers Convention Center is located just 12 miles from Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA), which is served by American Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Allegiant Airlines, and Breeze Airways. For meeting attendees in nearby drive markets, the convention center is conveniently located just off Interstate 49 (old Hwy 71/I-540). Motorcoaches, shuttles, and taxis are also available for group transportation in Rogers.
