ONE Uptown Adds to Rogers Pinnacle Region's Development

Two new rooftop restaurants coming in 2023

Uptown Rogers is prominently known as the ultimate shopping district that meets your dining and entertainment needs. With more than $400 million of development currently ongoing in the convention district area, ONE Uptown is one of the newer developments in the region as it opened in 2020 just a 4-minute drive from the Embassy Suites and Rogers Convention Center.

Hachem Investments has developed this 2-acre site, three-story, mixed-use property in 69,000 square feet designed by Robert Ehardt. It consists of retail shops and office tenants along with a parking deck.​ The building features many custom pieces: a multi-level roof designed out of angled, ACM panels; a custom, concave Art Wall; a grand, centrally-located, curved staircase; a custom glass elevator; and an 800 square-foot LED screen on the East Facade facing I-49. The company plans to build a 10-story, mixed-use building in the area in the future as well.

Rooftop Restaurants

ONE Uptown's third floor creates a unique rooftop dining experience in Rogers by offering two high-end, glass restaurant spaces with nearly 20,000 square-feet of rooftop patio and dining overlooking the Pinnacle Golf Course to the west and northeasterly views all the way to the Walmart AMP.

Loma | One of the restaurants featured at the top of ONE Uptown is Loma, which opened in early 2023. Loma combines authentic Mexican cuisine with a luxurious atmosphere in 9,000-square-feet and seating for nearly 200 people. The seating area allows for a pop-up bar.

Wellington's | Wellington's offers fine dining, craft cocktails, and a premium cigar lounge in a sleek, modern interpretation of the classic lounge. Their attached, glass-enclosed indoor cigar lounge, The Reserve, features a state-of-the-art ventilation system that provides seamless transition between restaurant and lounge areas. The space features a full bar stocked with premium spirits. They boast an impressive menu detailing in excess of 100 whiskies. The Loft event space can seat up to 50 people, and offers and private conference room accommodating 10 seats, with a 65-inch TV for video conferencing and presentations.
