Rogers Meetings and Conventions COVID-19 Precautions

The state of Arkansas, Rogers, and the Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas have all taken steps to provide as safe of an environment as possible for your next face-to-face meeting.

The impact of the novel coronavirus pandemic has been felt in nearly every community both here and abroad. For event planners, navigating cancellations, reschedules, and future plans has led to only one thing being certain, uncertainty. When to return to face-to-face meetings is a decision every organization must weigh from a variety of angles.

Rogers and Northwest Arkansas (NWA) are back to welcoming groups to our community in as safe an environment as we can provide. Home to around 550,000 residents, the NWA metro is made up of five cities closely located to each other. That spread makes us less densely populated than metros of the same size with a single downtown core. Our city and state leadership have also implemented mask requirements, so groups that typically meet in larger cities may perceive Rogers as a safer alternative. Home to Tyson Foods, Walmart, and J.B. Hunt Transport's headquarters, the Northwest Arkansas community features amenities that are typically only available in first tier cities.

Our convention center, Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas, is taking steps to ensure your group can meet safely.

"We are ready to welcome your back to our safe environment. We have taken extra steps through the COVID-19 crises to implement Atrium Hospitality Cleanliness Assured Program focused on additional sanitizing and cleaning procedures above the already clean and safe facility. Along with that Embassy Suites Brand has partnered with Lysol to develop a "Clean Stay" program. The Rogers area is ready for you to feel comfortable to bring your group here and enjoy all this great place has to offer."
