Scenic Highway 12
Stretching through the beautiful Northwest Arkansas Ozarks is Scenic Highway 12, extending from Highway 71, through Historic Downtown Rogers, east along the south side of Beaver Lake and connecting with Highway 23 into Eureka Springs. Traveling this route is a sightseeing experience where you will find some of the friendliest people and unspoiled forests.
Enjoy the scenic views and 28,000 acres of Beaver Lake with swimming beaches, water skiing, fishing, boating, scuba diving or just relax along the shoreline.
War Eagle Mill
Explore the only working grist mill in Arkansas. Tour the property and learn the history of the Mill while you watch a demonstration of the grinding process. Get ready to shop in the two-story store full of local items such as jams, jellies, mustards, flour, mixes, custom made kitchenware, corn meal, and more. Stop in and eat at the War Eagle Mill Café for breakfast or lunch. Motorcycles are welcome as you will love the drive out to the Mill on Highway 12! Visit the Mill on the 3rd Saturday in October for the annual War Eagle Craft Festival.
Lookout Mercantile
Lookout Mercantile sells a variety of items such as furniture created by local craftsmen, including rustic furniture, outdoor furniture, crafts, floral designs as well as antiques and collectibles. You can also find a selection of groceries and other items for traveling, camping, and fishing.
War Eagle Cavern
War Eagle Cavern, located on Beaver Lake, is a must-see attraction while in Rogers and visiting Highway 12 attractions. Whether you are planning your family vacation or just a fun weekend adventure, War Eagle Cavern offers hours of affordable family fun. The Cavern is stroller-accessible, pet friendly, and has limited handicap accessibility. You can enjoy cave tours, gem panning, the "Lost in the Woods" maze, shopping in the trading post or grabbing a snack, and spelunking tours. (Typically closed the Monday after Thanksgiving through beginning of March for the Winter season.)
Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge (TCWR)
TCWR's goal is to provide care for all rescued animals with safety and well-being of the animals as their top priority. Pick from a Discovery Tour, Habitat Tour, or both! The Discovery Tour is a self-guided tour with educational signs along your journey as well as a free app to help guide your tour and learn more about the animals. The Habitat Tour is a guided walking tour, with trolley service available for an additional fee. The tour will share information about the animals along a 1/2-mile loop.
Prairie Creek Country Club
Open to the public, this 18-hole golf course is a unique blend in the Ozark Mountains featuring valleys and spring-fed streams with bent grass and Bermuda fairways. Perfect location for group outings, private lessons, and all your golfing accessories! Play a round, work on your swing on the driving range, or signup for lessons with one of the PGA pros.

Prairie Creek Marina
The Marina can provide boat rentals for you and your guests to enjoy a day or weekend on Beaver Lake. Choose from pontoons or deck boats for your lake adventure. Reservations are recommended. Marina amenities include: picnic sites and group picnic shelters, swimming beaches, hiking trails, boat launching ramps, and sanitary dump stations.
Hobbs State Park-Conservation Area
Hobbs State Park is one of 52 Arkansas State Parks. Featuring 12,000 acres bordering Beaver Lake, imagine a 32-mile trail that you can walk, jog, hike, bike or ride your horse. Park Interpreters are waiting to engage you with weekly programs about bugs, birds, early Arkansas history, lumber milling, eagles, caves, bats and blind cave fish, and a shooting range where you can sharpen your target skills.
