Family Adventure at

DEFY Rogers HighRise Extreme Air Sports

The winter months can sometimes lead to a bit of cabin fever, especially when the weather’s too cold to really enjoy a good hike or other outdoor activity. A new venue in Rogers promises a ton of family fun, though. After hearing about it from friends, we loaded up the kids and headed to DEFY Rogers for a night of family fun

What is HighRise?

HighRise is an indoor trampoline park for all ages. Their open jump field has over 35 trampolines. These trampolines stayed busy the entire night, and no matter where I looked, anyone who was jumping was smiling or laughing.

My boys really enjoyed Trampoline DodgeBall. Jaden wowed us all with his stealth moves. That boy can dodge the best of them; and you better bet, if there’s a ball available, he’s running and ducking to get that ball. Jacob pretty much hung out at the DodgeBall court most of the night, though he did try out a few of the other activities.

Of course, the huge foam pit was also a hit, even with my husband who made a pretty awesome Superman/belly flop move as he jumped into the pit. There were smaller foam pits with activities too, like a rope ladder, Slack-Lines, and more. One of the most popular activities I noticed was the SuperSlam, where you launch yourself to dunk a basketball in the hoop. Though we didn’t give them a try, Bounce Boards are also available to rent.

How Much Does It Cost?

Every Monday night from 6-9pm is Family Night, when immediate family members can all jump for just $45 per hour. This was the night we chose to go. Otherwise, a 1-hour ticket is $14; and a 2-hour ticket is $22. Ages 6 and under are $11 (1 hour) and $19 (2 hours), but only during KidJump hours.

Family Night really was the best option for us and honestly, pretty affordable for a night of fun. Some may think an hour is not a lot of time, but we were pretty much tired out and ready to leave after an hour. It’s non-stop action, so it’s also a great workout.

Things to Know Before You Go

Every guest must sign a waiver before being allowed to jump or observe. You can do this before you go or when you get there.

They do have lockers to store your items, but the lockers aren’t locked. If you have a purse or camera or something else you wish to keep safe, it might be a good idea to bring your own lock or just plan to hang onto those items, which I probably wouldn’t advise if you’re planning to jump.

If you don’t want to go barefoot (me either), wear socks with a grippy bottom. While they do sell Grip Socks for $4 per pair, it’ll save you a bit of moolah to just bring your own. You won’t be allowed to wear regular socks on the trampolines.

While you can walk in and jump without a reservation, weekend nights and holidays do tend to sell out; even the Monday we were there was sold out the hour before we arrived. So, it’s a good idea to purchase tickets online if you know when you want to go. Do keep in mind, though, that online tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

All in all, we had a great night at HighRise, me capturing memories… my guys jumping, flying, dodging. I think this could either make for another great family night or even a fun, out of the ordinary date night.

Have you been to HighRise? Did you have a good time? What did you think?
