Chef Case will teach attendees how to artfully plate flavorful dishes that lean on the nostalgia of home cooking due to his roots growing up in a small, rural town and his years of experience working throughout the culinary scene in Northwest Arkansas.  Guests will enjoy Harissa Hummus with green beans and radishes along with Sangria upon arrival after receiving their customary rose water hand wash.  Then participants will dive in as Chef leads them in making Salt and Pepper Sweet Corn Ribs with Elote Fixings and Smoked Trout on Bread with whipped ricotta and bread & butter pickles. Recipes will be provided.

Case Dighero is an influential component of the culinary community of Arkansas and the High South. An active proponent of the NWA food movement, Dighero owns the project based company, “Edible Culture” that focuses on culinary insights through the lens of writing, television, and entertainment; he is also the co-host of Soul Men of the High South podcast, promoting the food culture and history of the Natural state. Prior to starting EC, he served as Director of Culinary at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, helping to define the philosophy of “High South” for the museum’s culinary department.
