Did you know Benton County was home to an aviation pioneer and national flight record holder? In 1929, Louise Thaden won the first National Women’s Air Derby, beating the famous flier Amelia Earhart! Learn how to make a paper airplane and then fly it in the Museum Paper Airplane Derby for a chance at becoming your own flight champion. Kids of all ages.
