Salsa Making 101

Helen Lampkin, founder of My Brother's Salsa, welcomes you to her table and the HKS kitchen to learn the basics of salsa making.

Monday-Saturday 10am to 6pm

Helen will discuss different chiles commonly used in salsa, how to handle chiles, and different way to cook chiles to get the perfect char. Participants will create three of Helen's favorite salsas during this hands-on cooking class: pico de gallo, fresh heirloom tomato salsa, and salsa verde.  Enjoy the different salsas at the end of class by building your own nachos. Recipes will be provided.

**All class ticket sales are final.  No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are currently available.**

MASK POLICY AT HKS:
Masks are encouraged but not required during our classes.  Please be advised in our new HKS kitchen, you may be working in small groups in a hands-on experience.
