Visit Rogers Co-Hosts Travel and Meeting Professionals Forum

A capacity crowd was in attendance for the Northwest Arkansas Travel and Meeting Professional Network’s Second-Quarter Luncheon May 17 at Candlewood Suites in Rogers.

The audience enjoyed a networking period followed by a panel discussion that included David Faulkner with the Pinnacle Hills Promenade, Tom Allen with Sage Partners Real Estate Solutions, and Jon Allen with Onyx Coffee Lab. The panel talked about upcoming developments in the Rogers area, including recent enhancements to the Promenade Mall, upcoming Pinnacle Heights properties, and the renovation of The 1907/Dollar Saver building which will feature an Onyx Coffee Lab.

“There was so much energy in the room,” NWATMPN Organizer Cheri Jones said. “The panel was spot on and really showcased what is going on in Rogers as well as how meetings impact our economic development.”

Visit Rogers Executive Director J.R. Shaw moderated the event.

“We are thrilled to be able to help provide a forum that stimulates education, provides information on best practices for the industry, and highlights the great things that are happening here in Rogers,” he said.

The event was sponsored by Bolder Coffee, Mojitos Modern Mexican Grill, and Tortilleria La Popular.
