Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G announces return of spectators and ancillary community events #NWAChampionship Week returns September 20-26, including a new #BITENWA culinary experience onsite at the tournament

ROGERS, Ark. – The Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G returns September 20-26, celebrating the 15th anniversary of the tournament in the NW Arkansas region. One hundred forty-four of the best female golfers in the world will compete for a $2.3 million purse at Pinnacle Country Club in Rogers, Ark., across three days of official tournament play. The week-long schedule of community events will feature a three-day culinary experience and a variety of volunteer opportunities.

#NWAChampionship officials are planning for the return of spectators to the tournament in September and are working closely with health officials and the LPGA Tour to help ensure the health and safety of all, including LPGA players, staff, volunteers, spectators, and community members. Ticket sales for the #NWAChampionship and ancillary events will go on sale to the general public Tuesday, June 15, at In celebration of the 15th anniversary, weekly tickets, regularly priced at $25, will be offered for $15, or daily tickets for $10, and all kids aged 17 and under will get in free with a ticketed adult.

BITE NW Arkansas, #NWAChampionship Week’s signature food festival, will return as the BITE Experience @ the LPGA this year, offering an upgraded culinary experience for tournament spectators onsite at Pinnacle Country Club. Historically held at locations offsite in the NW Arkansas region, the event will transition to a day-time experience in 2021 in conjunction with the LPGA tournament, open Friday, September 24, through Sunday, September 26. In addition to tournament grounds access, BITE Experience tickets will grant access to four #BITENWA viewing decks as well as food and beverage samples from a variety of local restaurants. The event will once again benefit the NWA Food Bank and Brightwater Culinary School.

Tournament officials are seeking over 750 volunteers from the community to support the events throughout #NWAChampionship Week. Volunteers will have the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles across 20 different committees including marshals, walking scorers, sustainability, and standard bearers.
